Shipping and Returns

Shipping : 

Delivery times are on average 72 hours for the Montreal and Quebec regions. The deadlines are subject to change depending on the period of the year, the weather, and the delivery area.

Delivery is included in the prices for the Montreal and Quebec regions for every order over $1,000. Additional charges may apply in the event of an irregular situation: need for a freight elevator, home delivery, waiting time, etc. An allowance of $40 per pallet is applicable for orders of $1,000 or more delivered outside major centers.

Pick-up:

For a pick-up, an appointment must be scheduled with the person in charge, by phone or by email. 

Returns: 

Each return must be pre-authorized by a staff member. The return notification must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Certain conditions apply. We reserve the right to refuse a return if some of these conditions are not applied.

Price Policy and Returned Cheques :

All prices advertised on this website are in Canadian funds. Prices are subject to change without notice.

An additional service charge of $20.00 will be added to the amount of each returned cheque (NSF), and may cause a loss of previously established Terms and credit limit.

Account Opening :

All new clients of Aliments St-Germain must complete an account application form before their first order. The first transactions must be paid on site at the time of pick-up or before delivery until a credit limit has been established. At this time, a credit check may be required.

We reserve the rights to cancel or modify the Terms if some commitments are not fulfilled or maintained.
